West Brom: Fans react to club video

West Bromwich Albion fans have been reacting to a video of the club’s 5-5 draw against Manchester United back in 2013.

The match came on the final day of the 2012/13 campaign, which was to be Sir Alex Ferguson’s last match not only as manager of the Red Devils, but in football as a whole.

It proved to be a wonderful affair, with Romelu Lukaku scoring a hat-trick as the Baggies came from 5-2 down to earn a point. While Ferguson would probably have wanted a win to end his career, in was a match fitting of a legend of the game.

The Hawthorns outfit finished eighth in the Premier League that season – it has been a fall from grace since then. They are 19th in the table this term and are staring relegation to the Championship in the face.

The video was shared on the club’s official Twitter account, and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.

Let’s see what the West Brom fans had to say about the game below

“JP should’ve pushed the boat out and signed @RomeluLukaku9 that summer when we had the chance. Him and a few more additions would’ve pushed us on into a European spot!”
