West Brom: Fans unhappy with Sam Allardyce comments - West Bromwich Albion News

West Bromwich Albion fans are unhappy with a transfer update relayed by Joseph Masi, which comes after Sam Allardyce revealed that he is hoping for two more signings during this transfer window.

So far, the Baggies have brought in two new players during this January transfer window. First through the door was Robert Snodgrass (wba.co.uk), with Andy Lonergan joining him soon after. However, the Midlands outfit are currently 19th in the Premier League table and will surely want more incomings if they are to stay in the top flight.

Allardyce had previously stated that he was looking for four more signings (Birmingham Live), but now he has admitted that he is eyeing just two more new arrivals. He has also revealed he is anxious as the clocks ticks closer to transfer deadline day.

Will two new faces keep West Brom in the top flight?

“More depressing news from our embarrassing club! What a complete joke we are yet again! With a competitive team I think Big Sam would have a fighting chance; With this team we have no chance!”

“What a shambles we are. No one knows who really owns us and we have zero backing from our invisible owner(s). Just lower your asking price and sell our club before you run it into the ground! Great due diligence by Peace this was”

“2? We need 4 minimum. We may as well have kept Bilic and accepted relegation.”

“I believe if Sam was backed he would keep us up, no way will it happen on loans & frees though. May as well part ways with Sam, bring in a manager for next season in the Championship & focus on the Summer window. Pathetic Albion as per usual”
