West Brom: Fans rage at club tweet

West Bromwich Albion fans still appear to be reeling from the fact that Sam Allardyce really is the new manager of their football club.
Slaven Bilic was sacked on Wednesday following the 1-1 draw with Manchester City – an awfully bizarre moment to sack a manager. Even though Bilic earned the Baggies promotion to the Premier League at the first attempt last term, he has now been replaced by Allardyce, who has a poor reputation in terms of his footballing philosophy.
In an attempt to convince the fans that the former England manager – albeit for one game – is the right man for the hot-seat, the club shared a Twitter post revealing his achievements in the game. This did not go down well with the club’s supporters, who were far from happy that the new man was being rammed down their throats already.
Are you happy to have Allardyce as your new manager?
Yes

No

They took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts on the news.

Disgraceful conduct by the Board. Inept management today too

Handled poorly with zero respect for a manager who had our support and united a fractured supporters group. Bringing in a bribe taking crook and expecting our support. Sorry @wba but I’m embarrassed to be part of this club tonight and I’d guess I’m not the only one.

In other news, West Brom fans praise this former player.
