West Bromwich Albion fans took to Twitter to praise midfielder Jake Livermore after he gave an insight into his summer preparation for the new season.
The Englishman said that he had been working hard with the staff and in the gym in preparing for the new season after hitting the ‘refresh button’ (via West Brom).
Livermore has had a fruitful impact this season, scoring in the 3-2 home win over Blackburn Rovers last weekend (via Transfermarkt).
He has also stepped up in defence, making 2.3 tackles per game, the most of any player under Slaven Bilic this season (via WhoScored).
West Brom have enjoyed an unbeaten start to life under the Croatian manager, winning three and drawing three of their six games in the Championship so far.
The Baggies faithful seemed to recognise the contribution of Livermore, as they took to Twitter to praise the midfielder.
