West Bromwich Albion fans were lauding summer signing Matheus Pereira after he scored the equalising goal in the 2-2 draw with Barnsley last night.

The man on-loan from Portuguese club Sporting CP made it two goals and seven assists in just 10 Championship games for the Baggies this season (via Transfermarkt).
His impact has had a profound effect on the club this campaign with his goals and assists winning the Midlands side a mammoth eight points of their total of 26 so far.
Manager Slaven Bilic has lauded the Brazilian attacker for his output, claiming he’s one of the players that can make a difference (via Express and Star).
Pereira joined the club from Sporting on a season-long loan deal with an obligation to buy if he makes a certain number of appearances. However, it seems a few fans have already made their minds up as they took to Twitter to react last night.
