West Bromwich Albion fans were calling for manager Slaven Bilic to introduce striker Kenneth Zohore into the first team after his goalscoring contribution last night.
The forward scored two goals as the West Brom under-23s side beat Swansea City under-23s 2-0 at the Hawthorns yesterday.
Zohore has endured a frustrating time with the Midlands side so far this campaign, starting none of the last nine games in the Championship whilst being left out of the squad for the last three (via Transfermarkt).
His lack of game time comes amid a lack of form from summer signing Charlie Austin, who has scored just one goal in his 10 league appearances.
However, Zohore will face a fight from Hal Robson-Kanu, who has seemingly hit form for the Baggies. The Wales international has scored two goals in his last three league games, with one of them being the winner against Middlesbrough.
It seems the fans are desperate to see Zohore return to the first team after he was left out of the squad for the last three games, as they took to Twitter to react.
Here is a selection of tweets from the West Brom fans:
Time to give zahore a chance now, 1 goal in 10 for Austin isn’t good enough specially when Kanu and Zahore have 2 each and barely played
