West Bromwich Albion fans were reminiscing about a victory in the Premier League that occurred nine years ago today.
On the 25th of September 2010, the Baggies beat Arsenal 3-2 during a enthralling encounter at the Emirates Stadium.
Second-half goals from Peter Odemwingie, Gonzalo Jara and Jerome Thomas earned the club their first away win in 19 league games back in 2010 (via BBC).
Samir Nasri did score a late double, but it wasn’t enough to stop the Midlands outfit from walking away with all three points.
The win against the Gunners is the club’s only win away to the north London giants in their Premier League history.
West Brom currently find themselves in the Championship after relegation from the Premier League back in 2018.
Fans remembered the game with great fondness as they took to Twitter to give their various reactions about the victory over the Premier League giants.
Here is a selection of tweets from the Hawthorns faithful:

Was there. Easily still one of the best away days to date. Unreal day

Remember people in the streets given the away fan coaches a round of applause. This has to be my favourite away game.

If we’d been able to keep up that style of play all season we’d have been top 4.
