West Ham United fans are ecstatic with comments made by Manuel Lanzini following the Argentine signing a new four-year deal at the club.
Our believes the sky is the limit https://t.co/uHWV9PPCsM

Lanzini joined West Ham in 2015, quickly becoming a popular figure, and after scoring 19 goals in his first three seasons before an injury struck season last year [WhoScored], the 26-year-old is now up and running again at the London Stadium.
With injury seeing him sidelined from May 2018 until February 2019 (Transfermarkt), Lanzini’s new long-term deal should afford him the opportunity to make up for lost time, and after starting each of the four games thus far, the ex-Fluminense man could be set for a positive season in east London.
After putting pen to paper, he told WHUFC.com: “It’s difficult, but why not? Leicester won the Premier League two or three years ago. It’s difficult, but we need to believe.
“Of course [we want to challenge for a top-six finish]! It is the ambition of all of us and the Club…”
Perhaps a little ambitious, but after registering two wins and a draw since the 5-0 defeat to Manchester City on the opening weekend, West Ham fans have seen their side build, progress and score six goals and let in just two (as per BBC Sport).
Why can’t Lanzini dream? Here is how some Hammers fans reacted to his words…
Love seeing stuff like this. About time we had a positive mindset and aim for trophies

We’d all love the Hammers to win a trophy – it’s been far too long! (The 2012 Championship Play-Off win was nice … but we all know the REAL prize wasn’t really the trophy the sponsors put up – it was the promotion to the #PremierLeague and all the prestige that went with it!)
