A lot of West Ham fans are happy to hear current loanee Tomas Soucek will be fit to play Arsenal this weekend.
The Midfielder arrived in the January transfer window from Slavia Prague and played three games for the East London club before he suffered a muscular injury during the 3-2 loss against Liverpool. (Transfermarkt) He was expected to be out longer than two weeks but Moyes revealed the midfielder has fully recovered before the London derby.
At Slavia Prague this season, Soucek played 17 times in the league, scoring 8 goals. He also played in the group stages of the Champions League, where he scored once against Inter Milan and once against Borussia Dortmund.
West Ham have played Fornals whilst Soucek has been injured and Fornals has been one of the best performers in the side (registered two assists against Southampton last week), so it will be interesting to see if David Moyes brings the Czech midfielder straight back into the side, perhaps for Noble, or if he keeps the team the same as the one who claimed the 3-1 victory against Southampton last weekend.
Here is what some fans have been saying on the positive news:
Tomas Soucek has got a "very good chance" of being fit for this weekend having recovered from his hip flexor injury much quicker than anticipated. https://t.co/NfjuTo2JAa
