After Declan Rice scored a wondergoal in England training, before the national side’s 2-0 loss to Belgium in the UEFA Nations League, many West Ham fans were gushing over the ‘absolute baller‘ on Twitter.
Rice, who has been a mainstay for the Hammers and manager David Moyes, is also apparently on Chelsea’s radar due to his stellar performances in a Clarets jersey – with the west London club apparently continuing to monitor his situation ahead of a potential January swoop.

Frank Lampard’s side were heavily linked with a summer swoop, but the rumours eventually didn’t come to fruition.
The 21-year-old is also establishing himself as, debatably, one of the country’s most promising future assets – with some supporters tipping Rice to one day captain the Three Lions.
