West Ham suffered defeat last weekend. In the first Saturday kick-off of the 2019/20 Premier League season, the Hammers welcomed Manchester City to The London Stadium, and they got drummed 5-0, now, ahead of Brighton, things are getting worse.

After that 5-0 humiliation, the supporters must have thought that it can’t get much worse, getting trounced on the opening day in your back yard live on TV, but it seems that it can. The injury update has come in ahead of this weekend’s trip to Brighton and it isn’t pretty.
According to the West Ham website, both Sebastien Haller and Felipe Anderson are recovering from kicks that they found themselves on the wrong end of against Manchester City, and they’re now doubts, joining Mark Noble on the sidelines as the Irons travel to The Amex Stadium.

The Irons, as you can clearly see, are far from happy with the latest update and will be desperate to get a result at Brighton despite their setbacks.
