Writing on Twitter, controversial West Ham United board member David Gold has confirmed ‘fantastic news‘ – with promising young shot stopper Joseph Anang signing a new contract until the summer of 2024 as fans buzz over the announcement.
Anang, who has displayed real potential in the youth set up at Rush Green, helped the young Hammers win a Premier League Division 2 title last season whilst being first choice in the Under-23s for the past two seasons.

As a reward, GSB have seen fit to tie him down for another four years, prompting many Irons to buzz at this confirmed announcement as the ‘only good thing David Gold has done’.
