Writing on Twitter, former West Ham United striker Frederic Piquionne has dropped a three-word message for Irons supporters after their impressive 2-1 victory away at Leeds United – with the Frenchman simply stating ‘Hammers keep going‘.
Piquionne, who made 62 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring 11 goals whilst assisting 11 others in that time (Transfermarkt), is still an admirer of the east Londoners from afar and he was watching on as they defeated Leeds to climb into Europa League contention.

Now retired, many Irons supporters flocked to his message on social media – claiming he was ‘better than Haller’ whilst some pleaded for his to return.
Lauded as a ‘hero’ by these supporters, they all flocked to his tweet – heralding their former forward who continues to support West Ham from the sidelines.
