Wolverhampton Wanderers: Fans laud ‘glorious’ clip of Nuno Espirito Santo

Lots of Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have lauded a clip of their Portuguese manager Nuno Espirito Santo celebrating the Midlands club’s promotion from the EFL Championship.

In the footage shared by Wolves’ official Twitter page, Nuno can be seen parading around Molineux with the trophy and celebrating with the WWFC supporters as they were crowned champions.

They only needed one point to secure their fate, but they smashed Bolton Wanderers 4-0 away from home with goals from Barry Douglas, Benik Afobe, Diogo Jota and even Conor Coady who got in on the act from the penalty spot.

Inspired by Nuno, the team steamrolled into the Premier League, and have not looked back since. Since the 46-year old has taken charge in the top flight, Wolves have won 26 games, drawing 22 and losing 19 from 67 matches, scoring 88 goals and conceding 80, according to Transfermarkt.

These Wanderers fans lauded the clip, with one supporter labelling it as ‘glorious’:
