Wolverhampton Wanderers will be desperate to improve after the international break as they’ve struggled to ensure consistency in recent times.
The Midlands club were one of the standout performers towards the start of the current campaign but they now appear to be slipping down the table, with three points being hard to come by. However, it appears Nuno Espirito Santo is eyeing a double swoop, as according to The Sunday People (print edition, page 49, Sunday, November 18, 2018) (via HITC), Wolves are interested in signing Hartlepool United duo Luca Murphy and Marcus Dinanga.
It has been reported that a host of Premier League clubs are looking at 17-year-old central defender Murphy.
Dinanga is on loan at National League club Hartlepool from League One outfit Burton Albion.
Although, it’s thought that Albion will recall the 21-year-old striker in the January transfer window for a move to Wolves in the Premier League.
THE VERDICT:
Murphy and Dinanga are talented and promising young players who have bright futures ahead of them.
It looks as if Wolves are planning for a successful future, with the forward edging towards a move to Molineux in January as Burton plan to recall him from his loan, while Murphy is being looked at.
Nuno Espirito Santo has already gotten the best out of Morgan Gibbs-White this season, so it comes as no surprise that the Portuguese boss is looking to welcome even more talent to the club.
