Jovic made a name for himself during his time at the Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt, scoring 36 goals from 75 outings before his £52.4m move to the Spanish capital.
However, things have not gone well for the Serbia international in Madrid, having only scored twice for the Galacticos.
Wolves are looking to find a replacement for Raul Jimenez, who fractured his skull during his side’s 2-1 win against Arsenal at the beginning of the month.
