Several Wolves supporters are keen for Diogo Jota to start against Leicester City tonight.
The 23-year-old has had some trouble with his calf this season but recently returned to action, and it appears supporters have no concerns about his fitness as they called for him to start ahead of the likes of Pedro Neto and new signing Daniel Podence. Given what happened the last time these two side met at Molineux, that is not surprising.
Jota was bang in form when the two clubs met in this fixture last season, completing a hat-trick by scoring the winning goal in an incredible 4-3 win. Jota’s overall form this term has not been as great compared to the previous campaign, with his WhoScored average rating falling from 6.89 to 6.73.

Nevertheless, as he showed that day, the Portugal international can be a real threat inside the opposition’s box.
