Some Wolves fans are not impressed with Garth Crooks’ decision to name Bruno Fernandes in his BBC Sport team of the week.
Fernandes made his Manchester United debut against the Midlands side over the weekend following his mega-money move from Sporting Lisbon, but he was unable to inspire Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men to victory as the game went on to finish 0-0. Nevertheless, Crooks has still named the Portugal international in his TOTW, much to the surprise of several Wolves supporters.
Instead, many felt that Ruben Neves was the Portuguese maestro who deserved recognition coming away from the match. And looking at statistics from the Old Trafford encounter, it is not the worst shout.

According to WhoScored, Neves completed three dribbles and registered a pass success rate of 82%. His compatriot, on the other hand, only managed the sole successful dribble and recorded a slightly inferior pass success rate of 80%.

Pathetic, thing good ole Garth watch a different game, Fernandes excellent but Neves outshone him, no mention of Boly or Jimmy, both were superb as well.
