Many Wolves fans have been left to buzz as a transfer update emerged on Jesus Corona.

As per Correio da Manha (via Sport Witness), the Midlands club are eyeing up a move to sign the FC Porto ace, with Chelsea, Everton, Sevilla and Fiorentina also interested in securing his services.

His release clause is decreasing down from €30m (£25.9m) to a mere €20m (£17.3m) at the end of June, and the Molineux faithful can take advantage of this under new manager Bruno Lage.

Corona has come off of the back of a very good 2020/21 season, making no fewer than 16 goal contributions in total in 48 matches across all competitions (Transfermarkt), a very respectable average of a goal or an assist every three games.

The Mexico international also created as many as 15 big chances for his teammates in the Portuguese top flight, as he also won five of his duels a game and averaged 2.3 key passes and 1.8 successful dribbles per match (Sofascore).
