Some Wolves fans have been left to buzz as a transfer update emerged on Joao Moutinho.
As per Sic Noticias, FC Porto are currently in talks to sign the central midfield player in the summer window, who has a market value of €4m (£3.4m).
Moutinho was not exactly at his best in the 2020/21 season, scoring just once and making one assist in 36 games in total over all competitions (Transfermarkt).
Some members of the Molineux faithful grew increasingly frustrated with some of his performances towards the back end of the campaign, most notably against Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.
Those dismal displays are perhaps a sign that Moutinho needs to be moved on, and at 34 years of age, any sort of transfer fee would benefit the Midlands club, who could then use that money to invest elsewhere in the market.
