Many Wolves fans have been left fuming as transfer news emerged regarding Raul Jimenez.

As per Tuttomercatoweb (via Juve FC), Manchester City see the Mexico international as the ideal backup striker to have in their squad, while Juventus are also interested in his signature.

Jimenez showed what he is all about by scoring a fine solo goal at Southampton in the Premier League last Sunday to give Wolves a 1-0 win, and he is clearly still a very important player for the Midlanders after recovering from the devastating head injury he suffered last season. He is just one goal shy of 50 for the club, for whom he has played 116 times (Transfermarkt).

He would be a very difficult player to replace should he leave Molineux, and his departure would leave Bruno Lage with just Hwang Hee-chan and Fabio Silva as options up top.
