Wenger has two possible deals to complete this January transfer window and if they both come through, they would surely revitalise their whole team and attacking outlook. As part of the proposed Alexis Sanchez swap deal, Wenger will be ready to welcome former assist king Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Indeed, it also seems that they are in the hunt for a striker to start bringing the goals in, especially if they are to start challenging for trophies besides the FA Cup in the coming years.

In fact, this is the kind of frontline is one that could potentially fire those in north London to the title, at long last.

LAM: Mesut Ozil

Playing on the left of a front three, Ozil could drift around and interchange with Mkhitaryan on the right side to pose many attacking headaches for the opposition. The German’s assist rate is phenomenal and is a key factor in many of Arsenals goals over the years and Ozil would be looking to continue this in Sanchez’ absence.

According to many of the regulars, Ozil would be highly dangerous on the left in this front three formation.

ST: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

The Borussia Dortmund striker is one of the deadliest and feared forwards in and around Europe, and if Arsenal can complete the deal reported to bring him to the Emirates, it would surely be the quality signing that the Gunners have needed for many a year.

Flanked either side by assist kings Ozil and former teammate Henrikh Mkhitaryan, this front three could have the potential to rival Liverpool’s in the sense of how dangerous it could.

RAM: Henrikh Mkhitaryan

The Armenian is heavily involved in the Alexis Sanchez deal and it would be a real coup for Arsene Wenger to bring him to the Emirates, especially if he can re-link up the former Dortmund deadly pair in a bid to rediscover their goal-getting magic.

‘Miki’ would have a point to prove to former boss Jose Mourinho, that he could hack the weekly rigours and demands of the Premier League according to our regulars.
