Liverpool supporters have been in high spirits in the Transfer Tavern in the last few hours after seeing their side thrash Bournemouth 4-0 at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday, a result which moved them back into the Premier League’s top four.

Jurgen Klopp’s men went into their clash on the South Coast off the back of successive draws with Everton and West Brom, but the result was never in doubt on Sunday as the Reds produced another attacking masterclass to move back into the division’s top four. Goals from Philippe Coutinho, Dejan Lovren, Mohamed Salah, and Roberto Firmino secured a comprehensive victory for Klopp’s side, who took advantage of Tottenham’s 4-1 defeat to Manchester City a day earlier to move back into fourth place in the table.

Consequently, there have been many thrilled Liverpudlians in the Tavern in the last few hours, several of whom are looking ahead to the forthcoming January transfer window and thus who their team should sign to bolster their ranks in the second half of the season.

However, recent reports have linked one Reds star with a move away in the New Year, namely young winger Ryan Kent, who is currently on loan at German side Freiburg but could reportedly be recalled in January.

And that has reportedly attracted the attention of Thomas Christiansen’s Leeds United, and were Kent to indeed make the move to Elland Road in the coming window, here are TWO other Liverpool stars who could follow him to the Yorkshire outfit…

Adam Bogdan

Goalkeeper Adam Bogdan is clearly the third choice shot-stopper at Anfield this season, with Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius battling it out for the number one jersey and seemingly leaving Bogdan in their wake.

As such, the Hungary international has yet to appear for the senior team this term, albeit injuries have played a part in his struggles, and thus he could be on the lookout for a move away come the New Year.

Nottingham Forest have been linked with a move for Bodgan given their goalkeeping difficulties, yet Leeds could also take a look given that both Felix Wiedwald and Andy Lonergan have struggled at times this season.

Ben Woodburn

Leeds fans will certainly remember Ben Woodburn’s contribution against them last season, with the 18-year-old bagging the second in Liverpool’s 2-0 win over the Whites in their League Cup tie at Anfield in November.

However, the forward has been unable to add regular senior appearances since bursting onto the scene that evening, with just nine further first team games to show for his efforts in the last 12 months.

Nonetheless, the Wales international clearly has much potential yet could do with a loan spell to really hone in on that talent, and Leeds could be ideal given Christiansen’s likely need for greater options as the season wears on.
