For the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern, clashes against Tottenham are about as important as they come…
A typical London derby, games between the two sides have a lot more riding on them nowadays, with both sides often competing near the top of the table.
This clash possibly has more riding on it than most, with the Blues looking to move closer to securing a famous Premier League title – whilst Tottenham are looking to regain some ground in their hunt for Champions League football next season.
Both sides have had mixed form at some point in the season, and so the game is unpredictable. Chelsea, on current form, should win the game – but Mauricio Pochettino has shown in the past that he has a few tricks up his sleeve when it comes to winning crunch fixtures.
If there is any game that the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern will demand a win from it is this one, and so Antonio Conte must ensure that he picks the perfect team – and that might include a few changes.
With that said, could this be Conte’s unstoppable Chelsea XI to batter bitter rivals Spurs tomorrow?
GK – Thibaut Courtois

Thibaut Courtois has been as great as ever this season, but he will need to be on his game against Harry Kane.
The Belgian will have his work cut out.
CB – Cesar Azpilicueta

Cesar Azpilicueta never has a bad game, and so Harry Kane will have a tough time getting past the impressive Spaniard.
A great defender.
CB – Gary Cahill

The Chelsea defender has regained his form in recent weeks, and seems to always pop up with a goal against Tottenham.
The Blues will need him to be in form.

CB – David Luiz

David Luiz has performed well this season, but Tottenham will pose a real threat for him.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
He’ll need to be disciplined.
LWB – Marcos Alonso

Marcos Alonso has been exposed against some of the bigger teams in the Premier League this season, and so Tottenham may look to exploit him.
He’ll need to work hard defensively.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
DM – Nemanja Matic

Nemanja Matic offers more defensively than Cesc Fabregas, and that will be necessary against Tottenham.
He’ll need to be on Harry Kane all game.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
DM – N’Golo Kante

N’Golo Kante has been excellent this season, and Tottenham shouldn’t pose a massive issue for him.
He’ll need to be aware, though.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
RWB – Victor Moses

None of the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have any concerns about Victor Moses, who has been so impressive this season.
He’ll need to be well aware of Tottenham’s offensive threat, though.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
LW – Eden Hazard

With Marcos Alonso behind him, Eden Hazard will have to ensure that he keeps an eye on the defensive side of his game.
He’ll always pose an offensive threat too, though.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
ST – Diego Costa

Diego Costa has been the man for the big occasion so far this season, and you would expect more of the same against the Lilywhites.
A goal is always a possibility.
(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
RW – Pedro

Willian has been good when called upon, but Pedro has been Conte’s attacker of choice in the big games this season.
He has been a consistent goal threat, so he could pop up with a goal.
