It’s been well documented that Manchester United are in a bit of a rut right not and it’s certainly got out local punters in the Transfer Tavern.
Many by the bar expected the Red Devils to challenge for the title this year but now they’re not too sure, it’s crazy how football can change isn’t it?
Whether United can get back on track largely depends on Jose Mourinho and his ability to turn their fortunes around and that in itself is debatable.
He struggled to do so at Chelsea and if a similar scenario plays out at Old Trafford, things could get very volatile.
Our Red Devils locals have certainly been vocal about what they think he needs to do to change the side. Wayne Rooney needs to come out for a start whilst a proper position needs to be found for Paul Pogba.
Our landlord has taken a look at what United could do ahead of the game against Leicester and reckons this line-up will get the Red Devils back on track…
David De Gea
De Gea is always going to start when fit so there’s no issue here for United.
Antonio Valencia
Valencia got exposed against Watford but should still get to start this weekend.
Eric Bailly
Bailly started this season well but has found it a bit harder lately. He’s still young and a good player though so expect him to start.
