Of course, Mourinho is putting the majority of his focus into the Europa League, with the club facing off against Celta Vigo in the second leg of the Europa League semi-final at Old Trafford.

Mourinho’s side won the first leg 1-0 in Spain thanks to a superb free-kick from teenage sensation Marcus Rashford, meaning United are well and truly in the driving seat in this tie.

The United supporting punters here in the Tavern are expecting Mourinho to field a full strength side to ensure the club reach the final of the competition.

GK: Sergio Romero

The Argentine keeper has featured heavily in this year’s Europa League campaign, and he has done a sterling job.

His excellent reflex saves and commanding presence in goal have made him a top performer in between the sticks.

United’s metronome. The veteran midfielder has won all there is to win during a glittering 11-year stint at the Theatre of Dreams and continues to provide an assured presence, freeing up Herrera and the man we’re about to mention.

CM: Paul Pogba

Having impressed so much during the first leg, Paul Pogba will surely be restored to the starting line up for the home game. Next to the aforementioned duo, the Frenchman is able to push forward from the left channel and wreak havoc heading into the final third.
