The summer transfer window this year was one of the busiest and most exciting the punters here in the Transfer Tavern can remember.
We had the likes of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ilkay Gundogan all coming over to these shores whilst N’Golo Kante moved to Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Liverpool were one of the most active in the window as Jurgen Klopp moulded his side into what he wanted and the Reds fans here by the bar, were pretty happy with their dealings.
The likes of Sadio Mane, Georginio Wijnaldum and Loris Karius all joined the Anfield club with Mane being a real hit so far, and so it looks like it was job well done in the window.
As is the way with football though, teams never stop improving and the Reds need to make sure they are looking for players to help them kick on from January.
Who knows what Liverpool’s season will look like by then but our landlord reckons by signing this FOUR things will look even brighter at the optimistic club…
Max Meyer

Liverpool have a good number of attacking midfielders and Meyer would be one of the best of them.
He has both Champions League and Europa League experience with Schalke and is set to be a key part in the Germany set up ,so he’s bound to attract interest
. Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp should make sure they appear the most attractive option of them all.
Jetro Willems

James Milner is now Liverpool’s left back, yes you read that right.
To be fair to Milner he’s performed admirably in this new role but the Reds can’t conceivably see this as the long term option so need to sign a proper left back.
Willems is young and has huge potential and that would mean under Jurgen Klopp he’d surely only get better and better.
Iker Muniain

With the pace of Sadio Mane, Livepool look a transformed team going forward so surely the Reds boss Klopp is thinking about adding more speed to his frontline.
Muniain has pace to burn and is one of the best dribblers in La Liga.
It seems like he’s been around for years but he’s still in his early 20’s and would be a top player for Liverpool.
Domenico Berardi

There’ll soon be a whole host of clubs lining up to sign the Sassuolo man so if the Reds want him they should act quickly.
The striker has the potential to be one of Europe’s best and with Klopp not always going with Daniel Sturridge the Reds may want to get another option in.
The Italian has a bright future, the Reds need to make sure he sees it with them.
