Exciting times are ahead for the blue half of Manchester, with Pep Guardiola arriving at the Etihad this summer, and there’s set to be lots of activity in the transfer market.

The Tavern landlord though is wondering who might be leaving Man City as they reshape their squad, as inevitably there will be casualties within the current playing staff.
Rumours have surfaced that England keeper could be one of the players set to leave Manchester city this summer, with Claudio Bravo said to be a top target of Guardiola.
Bravo is said to be preferred to Hart because of his technical ability on the ball which would suit Pep’s style of play of building from the back.

Jesus Nevas
The 30 year old Spanish midfielder is one of the players that has underperformed for at least the past two season’s and is one of those players that will most likely be surplus to requirements when the new regime take charge at Manchester City.
Nevas is not a Pep type of player has no real end product as we have seen this season when he does finally cross the ball it is never near a blue shirt.
One of the first casualties in the new era at The Etihad and our resident Manchester City fans cant see where he would fit into the new playing style nor is he good enough for City to conquer Europe.
Wilfred Bony
A player that has not lived up to his massive £28million transfer fee, whether through injury or just poor performance the move to City has not worked for Bony.
The City forward has just six goals in his stint at the club making just 11 starts and a7 appearances in total since his January 2014 arrival.
Pep will want top add a high quality and more reliable front man to either pair up with or as an understudy to Sergio Aguero, and Wilfred Bony is not either of those.
Yaya Toure
Work rate and age will see Yaya Toure end his Manchester City career, on his day the Ivory coast international is one of the best midfielders in the world.
The problem is those days are becoming less frequent and Toure does not like to track back and defend a trait which saw him leave Barcelona during Guardiola’s tenure there.
At 32 his body cannot keep up with the high demands that are placed upon him as a central midfielder in The Premier League.
Samir Nasri
Nasri has been a passenger inside the Manchester City dressing room living off his reputation from his Arsenal days, a p[layer with talent yet is content to go missing in a game if he does not look bad.
He will pop up do a trick make a nice pass then disappear and blame others around him before taking any responsibility for any failings.
Nasri is not a team player does not work hard off the ball and will be found out under the new manager and his time will be finally over in a blue shirt.
Pablo Zabaleta
A great servant to Manchester City and they have a lot to thank this excellent defender for but unfortunately his time may well be up at Manchester City.
Age is against him, his body cannot keep pace with the physical demands he places upon it and may well struggle under the playing style that Guardiola will introduce at City.
Zabaleta has managed just 15 games this season through injury and a dip in form which has coincided with a Manchester City struggling back line. City will be overhauling their squad and our resident City fans don’t see Zabaleta making the side next season.
