Chelsea fans themselves are the first to admit that the Blue fan base is a fickle bunch.

Last year thousands of fans were seemingly happy to jump ship to a more successful Premier League rival, and after a disappointing couple of games this season – some are calling for Antonio Conte’s sacking.

When the Blues are winning they are nowhere to be seen – but when Chelsea go through a rough patch they come out of the woodwork.

It must be noted that this group of fans is a tiny minority – but they do come out with some absolutely ridiculous claims…

The Blues might be going through a bit of a rough patch, but this is absolutely ridiculous!

He has clearly forgotten how poor the Blues were last season – and how much better they look now.
