After Birmingham’s dominant display against Swansea last Friday, a lot of fans took to Twitter to praise the performance of their wide man Jota.
The Spanish midfielder was a constant threat at St Andrew’s, displaying his pace and skill for all to see. However, despite such a strong performance, the club’s record signing could not help produce that all too important goal that would have broken the deadlock.
Despite the promising display, manager Garry Monk would have been disappointed that his men could not seal the three points, and will be in disbelief that they didn’t, as are most of the Birmingham fans.
The Blues’ fans will hope that Jota’s form will be carried into their midweek game against sixth place Bolton.
This is what the fans had to say:
Jota from Birmingham City is a PROPER player #Baller

Not quite sure how Birmingham haven’t won. Tonight will give them real confidence. Just lacking a cutting edge. Jota one of the best in the league on his day. #BCFC
