Liverpool: Fans in awe of Trent Alexander-Arnold video

Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold is one of the very best young talents on the planet.

Even at the age of 21, he has already played at the highest levels, appearing in two Champions League finals under Jurgen Klopp. He is the team’s most creative force even from a defensive position, having racked up 16 assists in all competitions last term whilst he has already managed 14 this season, the most of anyone in the Reds’ squad.

Not only that, he was even included in last year’s Ballon d’Or list, eventually finishing in the top 20. Currently valued at £89.1m by Transfermarkt, he is worth the most of any player in his position on the planet, so it would be no surprise if Liverpool supporters hope he will be with the club for as long as possible.

His technical ability is there for all to see, as proven by a clip shared by The Anfield Watch on Twitter. It shows him hitting a pass with the outside of his boot across his own six-yard box, with the ball landing perfectly at Andrew Robertson’s feet.
