Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern cannot wait for their side to get going in pre-season with the hope that the club can sort something out in terms of a new manager ASAP.
The men from Elland Road really have been looking as though they have no idea who they want to come in next after Garry Monk and that has duly been reflected by the fact that the club still looking nowhere near getting someone.
Even so, the rumours about who could come in are only going to persist – even if they, too, look as though they are pretty wide of the mark.
Indeed, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink looks to be the latest man that isn’t going to be in charge of the club next season – as per West Yorkshire Sport on Twitter – and so the rumours will rumble on for other potential bosses.
Here, though, is the best of the reaction to the Hasselbaink news:
A Leeds United source has told us that a link with former player Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is “wide of the mark” (3/3) #lufcpic.twitter.com/Nj8K2vGaJh

Can this ‘source’ not tell you the other three names on the shortlist?

I don’t think they have a clue who it’s going to be, already on the back foot for next season

You can tell by the look on his face that he knows nothing about the job!

Good……..he’s not very good at managing and that’s been polite!
