Arsenal fans are starting to get worried about the club’s transfer business following the comments made by Unai Emery following the penalty shootout win over Angers in a pre-season friendly.
Emery said that Arsenal had good centre-backs, and they would only strengthen if a better one became available.
He said: “We are speaking about the centre backs, but we have a lot of centre backs. We have good centre backs, and if we can sign one more centre back, it is because he is clearly better than we have.” (Source: @LTArsenal)

Former West Ham and Newcastle United goalkeeper Shaka Hislop has said the signing of Nicolas Pepe is not enough to get the club into the top four due to their defensive deficiencies.
Fans were far from happy with the comment made by Emery and vented their frustration.
