Plenty of Arsenal fans believe Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s goal against Aston Villa should be the club’s goal of the month for September.

The Gabon international struck a brilliant free-kick in the dying embers of the game against the Midlands side as the Gunners came from behind to win 3-2.
Aston Villa struck in the first-half after a goal from John McGinn, with Arsenal then having Ainsley Maitland-Niles sent-off for a second bookable offence.
Unai Emery’s side equalised through a penalty from Nicolas Pepe, before Wesley put the Villans back in front. Goals from Calum Chambers and Aubameyang then won the game for Arsenal (via BBC).
The Gabon international has proved a potent force for the north London side since joining from Borussia Dortmund, having the second-best minutes per goal ratio in Premier League history (via Planet Football).
Aubameyang has already struck seven goals in the first seven games of the league season, the first Arsenal player to do so since Dennis Bergkamp back in the 1997/1998 campaign (via Goal).
The Gabonese forward has been chosen by the north London faithful following his free-kick as they took to Twitter to react.
