Arsenal: Fans blast reports over managerial situation

Arsenal fans were left blasting reports from BT Sport pundit Julien Laurens about the club’s managerial situation.

According to the French journalist (via MrArsenicTM), the Gunners have received several applications for the hot seat at the Emirates Stadium. However, the club are looking to take their time with regards to an appointment as they want to find the right candidate.

Rumours about the club’s next head coach have been flying around recently with reports from Goal and ESPN differing about Carlo Ancelotti.

According to Goal, the north London club are planning talks with the recently sacked Napoli coach. However, ESPN seem to be disputing this by claiming that the Italian isn’t even on the list for potential appointments.

Fans were left feeling unhappy about the report from Laurens as they took to Twitter to vent their frustrations about it. One supporter jokingly said: “Tomorrow we may hear we want Steve Bruce.”
