Arsenal fans have had it tough when it comes to signings as of late. Any money they generate through sales will be key to bringing new players in, which has led to a lot of talk over who’ll be leaving. On Football.London, Arsenal expert James Benge has listed nine players who could leave this summer, and one of them is Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Mkhitaryan may have had his injury issues this season and spent some time on the sidelines, but when he plays he can be incredible. The Armenian is one of the players that Unai Emery has relied upon this season as a ball carrier, taking the Gunners forward quickly and effectively, and for those reasons, the fans are keen to keep him on board at The Emirates despite these reports.
For the most part, the fans are happy to let most of the names on the list leave the club. The likes of Shkodran Mustafi, Carl Jenkinson and Mohamed Elneny are far from Arsenal calibre, making these reports popular with the fans for the most part, but it would only be detrimental as far as the fans are concerned if they allowed Mkhitaryan to walk away this summer.

Mkhitaryan is a quality player on his day, and there’s no doubting he’d be missed if he left meaning the fans will only allow should it be for a decent price.
