The rumours linking Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette with a move away from North London in the summer will not go away and the latest one suggests a European club are ready to try and tempt the Gunners by offering a player in a transfer deal for the striker.

According to Calciomercato, via Express, Serie A giants Juventus are very interested in Lacazette, and they want the forward so badly that they are prepared to offer the Gunners Adrien Rabiot in exchange.
The Italian side believe this could work as the midfielder was a transfer target of Arsenal’s in the January transfer window.

The French striker has had another good season for Arsenal, scoring 12 goals and picking up four assists in 36 appearances in all competitions, per WhoScored, whilst managing on average 1.9 shots per game.
He still has two years on his contract, so Arsenal will not be forced into a sale this summer, but he has proved a very valuable asset for the side as he has picked up 48 goals and 24 assists in his 149 appearances, per Transfermarkt.
It is up to Mikel Arteta and how much he would like Rabiot, but the 25 year-old has managed 32 appearances in all competitions for Juventus and manages on average 1.6 tackles, 0.9 interceptions, 0.6 key passes and shots a game, per WhoScored. Loanee Dani Ceballos, who Arsenal would like to keep next season, manages on average 1.9 tackles a game and 1.3 interceptions, whilst offensively, he manages 1.1 key passes and 1.1 successful dribbles per game, via WhoScored.
This shows that the 23 year-old has had a better season and is already known by Arteta. With Lacazette still very crucial to his squad, the Gunners should not look to agree to such a deal with Juventus and instead focus on trying to sign Ceballos for next season.
