With one game left to play Arsenal supporters know that victory away at Newcastle on Sunday will ensure Champions League football next season at the expense of Tottenham who have to hope that the Gunners slip up and they beat Sunderland.
Arsenal fans were delighted in the Football Transfer Tavern following their 4-1 victory over Wigan last night which left them in control of this own destiny while Spurs were left ruing what might have been, again.
However here in the tavern we decided to get both groups of fans together to discuss their seasons and ultimately put together a combined team of the season.
It was not an easy task with hard choices to be made over all the pitch but after much deliberating here is our combined XI for the last season from the North London rivals.
