“Best Liverpool team we’ve had in years” - A lot of Liverpool fans praise team after win

Liverpool’s Premier League campaign got off to a great start as they thrashed West Ham 4-0 at Anfield.

After a summer spend of £163.98 million, Liverpool were tipped to be Manchester City’s main title challenger and at Anfield on Sunday afternoon, they proved that they were just that.

Klopp’s men showed no sign of early season complacency or lack of sharpness as they were after West Ham straight from the start of the match.

As per usual, Liverpool’s front three were absolutely devastating – both Salah and Mane opened their accounts.

New signing, Naby Keita also showed that his class, energy, and quality was too much for Mark Noble, Jack Wilshere and initially Declan Rice.

If Liverpool can take the intensity, quality and energy forward throughout this season, the Reds are going to be right up there with City.
