‘Captain in the making’ - A lot of Liverpool fans are loving what 23-year-old is doing

Liverpool fans are, naturally, pretty happy about their sides recent transfer business, and they’ve been particularly impressed by the start to life at Anfield that Naby Keita has made.

The Guinean midfielder agreed to join Liverpool last summer, but Jurgen Klopp had to wait for an entire season to pass before he could get his hands on his midfield gem.

Earlier this week, though, Liverpool officially confirmed his arrival, and he’s set to officially link up with the club on July 1st.

That slight delay isn’t stopping his preparations, though, with the Mirror’s David Maddock revealing over on Twitter that he made a personal request to get in a private training session at Melwood in an effort to kickstart his pre-season preparation.

Naturally, this has led to a lot of happy faces amongst Liverpool fans, and they’ve been revealing their delight over on Twitter. Clearly impressed by his commitment, supporters have drawn parallels between him and Steven Gerrard, whilst most are just delighted with his attitude.
