Chelsea fans have been blasting Emerson Palmieri after a video comparing the Italy international with Andrew Robertson in similar scenarios emerged.
The video posted on Twitter shows the two players in the same crossing position against Manchester City.

However, whilst Robertson managed to complete the cross to allow Mohamed Salah to score a tap-in against Manchester City, Emerson only managed to find Ederson as he took on a shot (via JTmeshal).
Robertson has proven to be one of the most consistent left-backs in the Premier League over the last few seasons, having assisted the second-most goals of any defender last term (via Premier League).
He has carried that form into this season as he sits second in the table for assists, behind only Kevin De Bruyne.
Meanwhile, Palmieri has assisted just four goals in 43 appearances across all competitions for the Blues since joining from Serie A last year.
Fans were blasting their defender after watching the clip of the two players as they took to Twitter to react.
