Chelsea are doing well at present, and many individuals are performing. Marcos Alonso has been one of the Blues’ best players so far this term, and he deserves a lot of credit for that.
It was unclear as to how he would fit in at the club following the arrival of Maurizio Sarri, given that the Spaniard has been more comfortable in a back-five rather than a back-four, but he’s taken to his new role like a duck to water.
This is big news for the Blues, as Alonso’s fine recent form certainly won’t have gone unnoticed amongst some of Europe’s best teams.

Instead, they’ve issued a fresh demand to the Chelsea brass and Marina Granovskaia – they want to see the Blues tie down Eden Hazard next.
