Chelsea fans have issued a demand to Sarri regarding Andreas Christensen

Chelsea fans can’t have any complaints with Maurizio Sarri at the moment, given how well the Blues are doing. After the rigours and struggles of last season, Sarri didn’t have to do much to improve on Antonio Conte’s reign, but he’s been faultless thus far.

The Blues are one of only a few teams not to have lost a game yet, and they deserve a lot of credit for that as a result.

However, despite the form, it appears as though some Chelsea fans still aren’t completely satisfied, at least when it comes to Maurizio Sarri’s team selection. Chelsea recently shared a post on Twitter promoting a feature with Ruben Loftus-Cheek from their official website. Within the piece, he claimed that young Danish defender Andreas Christensen was his ‘partner in crime’.

This has got Chelsea fans talking online, and many fans have taken the opportunity to call for Christensen to become a more regular member of the first team at Stamford Bridge.

He’s yet to start a single game in the Premier League this season, with Sarri preferring David Luiz thus far. That’s something that fans want to see change, though, with the Brazilian seemingly not as popular.
