Chelsea: Fans hope club can ship off Jorginho in the summer following agent talk

Some Chelsea fans are hoping Jorginho will leave in the summer transfer window after the player’s agent claimed the midfielder’s talents could attract potential suitors during Euro 2020.

Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb, Jorginho’s agent Joao Santos said that the midfielder’s aim for this season is to make the Italy squad for this summer’s Europe-wide tournament. Santos also states that the Italian could be met with some ‘important proposals’ should he impress in Roberto Mancini’s system.

As per Sport Witness, it is likely that if there was an approach for Jorginho in the summer, one of the clubs involved will likely be Juventus, with manager Maurizio Sarri the man who brought the midfielder to Chelsea in the first place in 2018 (per BBC Sport).
