Chelsea manager Frank Lampard’s faith in youth players has led to several academy graduates coming into the team, including Fikayo Tomori.

The young centre-back spent last season under Lampard’s stewardship while on loan at Derby County and has cemented his place in the Blues’ first-team this term.
His form has been so impressive that he’s earned a call-up to the England squad, making the grade for the latest games ahead of the likes of Michael Keane, Chris Smalling and James Tarkowski.
He’s not the only one at Stamford Bridge with a similar story, either.
Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount spent the year on loan in the Championship and are both now in the England squad alongside Tomori.
He truly caught the eye with an unbelievable long-range strike against Wolves earlier in the season in a 5-2 win at Molineux.
