Chelsea’s start to the season has not been short of entertainment.
Since an opening day drubbing at the hands of Manchester United, the goals have flowed. The Blues have scored 25 goals in their last 10 Premier League games since that defeat, as well as putting seven past Grimsby in the Carabao Cup.

Their 4-4 draw against Ajax at Stamford Bridge capped off a breathless start to the season, with the Dutch champions having both centre-backs sent off, as well as conceding two penalties.
Frank Lampard’s side were also denied a late winner after Cesar Azpilicueta saw his goal ruled out by VAR.
An unlikely hero of this side’s progression has been Kurt Zouma. The French international started the season in the worst way possible, conceding a penalty in the first half of the first game.
Since then, he’s gone from strength to strength (as highlighted by Football.London), and surprised many Blues fans with a surging run from his own half against Ajax, which saw him beat multiple defenders before eventually firing a shot over the bar.
