Chelsea fans slam Jose Mourinho for latest comments

Jose Mourinho is a divisive manager, especially for fans of the Premier League, but he’ll always hold a place in the heart of Chelsea supporters. They may not recognise it now, as his departure from Stamford Bridge is still raw, but in time he’ll be known as a hero at Stamford Bridge for all he did for the Blues.

He, of course, brought success to SW6 when he arrived from Porto, and he delivered another Premier League title upon his Stamford Bridge return a decade later, too.

That said, Mourinho is never going to please everyone, and so despite his affinity with Chelsea fans, even they have found a reason to be angry at him this week.

"Lots of things have been told that are not true!"

Mourinho recently discussed his time at Chelsea with beIN Sports, and he’s claimed that it was not his decision to sell Mohammed Salah, with the club instead intervening. Of course, Salah has since gone on to become one of Europe’s best players.

Unsurprisingly, many fans aren’t buying this excuse from Mourinho, with lots of Chelsea supporters taking to Reddit to slam Mourinho’s claims. Salah hardly played at Chelsea, and as the fans point out, that was Mourinho’s choice.
