Chelsea once again limped to a poor result by their own high standards yesterday.
The Blues shot into a quick lead against Leicester City but could not build on Mason Mount’s opener as the Foxes hit back through Wilfred Ndidi in the second half and almost went on to nick all three points.
The result means it’s two games without a win for Frank Lampard’s men in the Premier League and they are already playing catch up at the top of the table it would seem.
Lampard opted to again go with some of his younger players and, although Tammy Abraham dropped down to the bench, young midfielder Mount was impressive enough once more as he continues to try and take his chances in the first XI.
The same cannot be said of the rest of the Blues XI though based on the thoughts of a host of Chelsea fans online, with many Blues fans taking to Twitter to voice their concerns at their team’s showing at Stamford Bridge.
It’s safe to say that the Chelsea fans were less than impressed with what they got to see…
