Chelsea fans would be thrilled if Conte could snap up 1 of these 3 players next week

The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are desperate to see a few signings over the next couple of weeks…

The Blues are flying high in the Premier League, but ever the perfectionists, the Chelsea fans in the pub have been left wanting more.

There have been signs over the last few weeks that teams are beginning to find Conte’s methods out. Earlier in the season, Chelsea were storming to victories – but in recent weeks, their performances have been far less dominant – as shown by their surprising defeat to Tottenham a couple of weeks ago.

It certainly isn’t a crisis at Stamford Bridge, and things are going very well – but the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern would love to see a few players come in just to be sure.

Conte’s squad is certainly limited, and he could do with a few more choices as the Premier League calender begins to heat up.

With that said, Chelsea fans would be thrilled if Conte could snap up 1 of these 3 players next week…

 Felipe Anderson

Felipe Anderson would be a decent signing for Chelsea if Conte is looking for a bit of additional squad depth.

A natural winger, Anderson is able to play across the attack – but he is also pretty efficient as a wing-back. At present, Alonso and Moses are Conte’s only real options in the role – and so a move for Anderson would make sense.

He is particularly proficient going forward, but like Moses, Conte would be able to mould him into the player that he wants.

Anderson wouldn’t be a cheap option, but he certainly looks like a Conte player.

 Fernando Llorente

Chelsea fans wouldn’t have been happy with this one a couple of weeks ago, but as the Diego Costa saga continues to develop – a move for Fernando Llorente is quickly starting to make sense.

The Swansea forward has looked good this year, despite being a forward in an otherwise disappointing team, which makes you wonder how impressive he would be for Chelsea.

He would offer Antonio Conte a solid alternative up front, with his target-man playstyle unlike anything else at Chelsea.

Llorente is a short-term option, but he would be a wise and economical target.

Jonas Hector

Marcos Alonso has done well this year,  but Conte really needs to bring in a bit of depth.

The Chelsea fans in the Tavern have been somewhat concerned with Alonso and his form at points this season, and so a move for Jonas Hector would likely delight them.

An attacking German left-back, Hector is one of Europe’s finest developing defenders – and he would fit in perfectly in Conte’s 3-4-3 formation.

He would be expensive, but what an option.
