The London Evening Standard are reporting that Chelsea defender John Terry is fit for the Blues clash with Manchester United this Sunday, after an apparent injury set-back, sparking a huge reaction in the Transfer Tavern.
Reports earlier today suggested that the captain would miss the game out but it now appears he will be ready to face the Red Devils.
The defender, who has already spent some time sidelined this season after being injured at Swansea, had worked his way back to full fitness, but it looked as though a new knock had come ahead of the game, but Antonio Conte has confirmed that he will be fit to play via his press conference today and the club reaffirmed that on their official Twitter account:

The game itself sees Jose Mourinho return to his former side after being sacked from the club for the second time last season with his new team Manchester United, two points behind the Blues in seventh.
Chelsea, meanwhile, beat Leicester City last time out and the local Blues here in the Transfer Tavern are relieved Terry will face them: “I’m never confident when Terry is out but now he’s back I think we’ve got a chance of beating United.”
